Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of fewer than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointment, will result in a rebooking fee of 75% of the missed appointment when rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date. This rebooking fee will be added to the cost of the rescheduled service and is payable at the time of that service. If the client chooses not to reschedule, they are responsible for submitting 100% of the original service within 30 days of the missed appointment. If no payment has been made at the end of the allotted 30-day window, the card on file will be charged.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter
